Have you see. Many of pat mendes videos? Absolute beast. Helps he dosnt work or go to uni just trains and sleeps. Had his title and record taken from testing positive and now recovering from an injury but he's making good progress towards getting in the national team for the Olympics

I like reading the stuff on these guys, or Bulgarian or nemesis etc. tho some serious recovery needed!

I notice he tends to favour squatting before the lifts.
A habit I don't think I'll get into any time soon. I like focusing my energy on the lifts at first.

I need to sit down and go through them all properly. Hips much are looser and I'm not far off being able to "squat" again.

Intriguing me more and more this squatting everyday. Not so sure about maxing out on that days numbers but generally just doing a few sets at a set weight to keep greasing the groove and then just adding small increments as I become more proficient at them. Managed 10 days straight with no ill effects and just adding a kilo a day to the bar.

Have to start thinking about getting volume back into the legs as I get closer and closer to some form of running training. Hopefully by the end of the year.
