60/60 Challenge - BEFORE BED BALANCE
Winding down at the end of the day isn't a time to do high impact
movement. Rather, try balancing. These three are good examples to try.






Balancing is a low impact, highly mindful exercise. It aligns the body and mind, perfect for preparing for a restful nights sleep. You can use a simple 2x4 board and do these before bed, in the living room, or during whatever your end of the day routine is.
