yeah, I do that as well :twisted: but I tend to go for walking in the morning, I aim for the 'power' variety but tbh its more 'fast-ish' than power :roll:
then at nights I go the same route but add in some running.

I must admit that I do get an image of jason vorhees stuck in my head from time to time but Im getting fitter and faster every night so I reckon I could out run the fucker :twisted:

Any chance you could do it later in the day and compare the two?

Some people swear by using some bcaa`s a little glutamine and orange juice (small amount) to get energy up without hindering any fat burning potential (also suppose to spare muscle tissue)...

Tak would probably be your man for a more detailed explanation :grin:

How many hours sleep do you get each night?
How much alcohol do you consume?
Are you awoken by the light each morning?
