so i dont the two weeks training suggested by cookie using single sets.......went for my 85kg 3x3 last night and failed. Only got 2x3 then 1x2
Now this is bbetter than my previous attempts where i got 2x2 - 1x1 but that was always after doing OHP and Dead lift. I think if i would have done bench first i would have got the same result as last night. TBH i dont think the single set trainng done me much good strength wise so how do you think i shoudl approach it now? back to 3x3 3 x per week as before? any more idears? try doing some thing like 85kg for some single sets ?
can anyone remember my targets lol i cant find the thread i think i have it written down at home. cant rememebr if it was 85kg 3x3 or 90kg 3x3 by the end of year.
