Some interesting points, be good to get opinion.

Lat and rear delt work only for equipped, skull crushes and flys for raw

Lat for deadlift. Instead, hamstrings, glutes and spinal erectors

Totally wrong, for raw bench lat tension is paramount, gave up reading after that

If i had read further ther maybe some points that are ok, but thinking its writing for writings sake

Tight flexed lats in the decent of the bench has helped my clients increase their bench..... so Im far more happy with lat strength being taught

its actually making your lats work like a bench shirt
