Tribulus is the other supplements most argued about loads of reports say there is nothing in that too.
nobody here is saying "Dont take it" just pointing out some of the research done
I personally take creatine, because it has done something noticable for me, i take glucosamine, because of research stating the fact that it works, i personally have not noticed any thing from it yet, but i will continue to take it as it may just help with the pain in my knee
