Ok i keep meaning to post this but for get all the time

Some one i recently met said that a few of his BB freinds, when teaching him the ropes on nutrition, said that a PEAR is one of the best things to eat post workout with your protein shake! He is not sure on the facts but said that he thinks he was told that they were great for 'electrolites' Any one heard of this? and what does it mean exactly?

also he was told to make a shake up consisting of cottage cheese and orange juice!
