i always by Dymatize whey as it ig good value, tastes good and many people say that as a company they are repuabtle. I cannt fault their protein, and according to some knowladgeable people the amino profile etc is good.

i have read on various forums and review sites people leaving possitive feedback for muscle milk (the original made from another company) and also mega milk (now called some thing else due to a legal hicup)

it has protein, good fats, and lots of vits and mins, as well as some other bits. No more expensive than normal whey so i thought id give it a go as allot of people ay it tasted fantastic. I think it tastes ok, with ice probably pretty nice. Its a good meal replacement when im on the run of cant handle a silid meal.

its a good drop of stuff, nothing amazing, but does a job. Chef X even approved althogh he said you should have a piece of fruit with it to even out the maro's

I thought it looked ok. price wise its in the '5lb Value tub' kinda area but has a bit more to it than most of the others in that range.

its up against the likes of met-rx supreme, reflex instant whey and the like but has a blend of different proteins. dont know how the amount of servings match up but other than that it looks ok.
