cutting/ dieting BUT trying to minimize muscle loss

Postby romeo » Tue Feb 20, 2007 10:54 pm

COOKIE recently mentioned how a natural bber would lose a lot more muscle when dieted down in comparison to a gear user.

My wuestion is this? - how can a n atural diet down even slowly whilst minimising bfat? in the same way that general building routines are diff to gear users, how should a naturals cutting routine differ? e.g. no cardio on empty stomach perhaps?

what are your ideas? most of time nattys on stage just seem to come in flat, with not alot left to b frank.

LOL.. you ask some questions...

A natural would need to still do cardio ect but would need to periodise his workloads so that even though he were dieting he would still need to have periods of deloaing/backing off at set points in his dieting schedule...

Like I said to you before its all a matter of keeping the ego in check and not doing all this *balls to the walls* stuff thats been around for waaaay too long..
