does anyone have any good diets for cutting?

theres a few different diets posted at the top of this section called 'PDF repository' to have a look over but for more tailored suggestions the guys will probably first look for some details off you along the lines of :

Age
Sex
Height
Weight
Approx BF
current Diet
Aims
Background
