First off, hope you don`t eat the same foods at the same time everyday, variety, variety & more variety...

7:30-
2 weetabix
2 scoop protein powder (about 40g)

Porridge would be better..imo...alternated with eggs on toast

10:30-
tuna sandwhich (wholemeal bread, full tin of tuna)

Needs salad/veg and some good fats like an olive oil dressing..

1:00-
large tuna salad, tin of tuna

You had tuna above so something else protein wise would be better

4:30-
2 scoop protein shake (40g)
1 banana

Fine, just add a little olive oil to the shake...

post traing- at present pro recover (post shake)

tea- varys on times as goin hospital before gym etc to see family, and can be late

normally on the lines of chicken breast, veg and small potato or small portion of rice.

thats fine
10:00-
200g cottage cheese and 1 riveta (sp)

Cottage cheese is good, so if natural yoghurt
cheers

i do vary each day, but i normally have the tuna sandwhichs, just my lunch i prob change, why do i need varity so much aswell?

so if i add some somat diifrent protein on salad, and change up the sandwhich with some salad or veg.

Because it is a good essential fat

Variety is needed so that you get a full range of nutrients, vits, mins, trace elements, protein/carb/fat ratios...

so if i add some somat diifrent protein on salad, and change up the sandwhich with some salad or veg.

Also swap your cod liver oil to fish oils.....Much better for you, as cod liver oil can give you too much of vits A & D...
