Whyb are you looking to alter your diet?

At your age you`ll be needing as much good food as possible due to you still growing...

well my ripping diet is 40% carb 40% protien 20% fat, i load the majority of carbs at lunch so i have them to fuel my workout when i get off and protien mostly i the evening, staying around 2100 cals , its tough but you can keep most your muscle and stripp the fat, your workout out means alot though[ intenseity]

Troubleis have you ever thought about using the carbs AFTER your workout to aid in recovery rather than before..?

Trouble is with fruit it will replenish liver glycogen before muscle glycogen, I would suggest trying fruit and some other carb postwork out..
