I`ve strayed off of this diet over the last 4-5 weeks due to baack injusry, not been training either, eating 2-3 times a day and its mostly crap along with too much beer.

I have lost my abs and have bloat.

Time to resurrect the diet from tomorrow.

Back into training and the diet, only broke it once this week and that was today to have a mexican meal with Nachos etc.

I`m not totally convinced about the simple carbs right after training for fat loss in all cases, I feel better some days if I just have a shake without carbs then have a meal an hour later with veg and spuds or even rice (wholegrain) for carbs, less discomfort and bloat.

Well I had a back injury for 4 weeks and couldn`t do much but now back with a vengence.

I will be training as follows.

2 bodybuilding workouts with high sets a week.
2 3oo type of workouts a week (bodyweight etc).
2 Boxing workouts a week.

Aim is fitness/endurance with some muscle and condition.

Cheers

Most whey type shakes have a high conversion to sugars ;-)

I have Ravager, as you know its not just whey but if I`ve added Malto for simple carbs then bang.

I`m thinking of dropping the shake completly and just waiting an hour then having meat and veg, used to work in the old days for me, never knew any better then, finish training, shower, catch the train home then eat steak or chicken with a spud and veg, this was around 60-90 mins after training, didn`t eat anything after that either as it was around 9pm.

I`ve been following more of a warrior diet this week, no breakfast, pieces of fruit throughout the day as snacks with 25 amino caps, light lunch (very small salad with 1/2 chicken breast) then after training a full on munch of meat, pots, veg, all clean food.

Not bad, wanting to drop some bodyfat, around 10lb in the next 4 weeks.

Energy levels are lower at present but this will change as time goes on, doesn`t effect training too much though.
