flax seed oil vs fish oils

seeing as holland and barrett are having a bit of a sale
what would be the most beneficial to supplement with... fish oil caps or flax seed oil caps?

usually I'd go for the fish oil but dont you get much of the same from the flax but with some added stuff as well?

Fish oils, im a little unsure about H&B fish ols as the 500 tabs are kept in the store in transparant tubs and sun light and heat is ment to degrade them...................but i still buy them when on sale so...................

i do notice the diference when i have brought fish oils from natures best...they garuntee quality and a certain amount of DHA and EFA per tab..........so maybe H&B arnt all that.

ChefX ranted on about fish oils so much its stuck with me so its the one thing i take ALL the time

yeah i might go back to Zip Vit, H&B is convinient for me and they do good deals most of the time, but i have to question thier quality, and if thats crap (i dont knwo that it is) then its not cheap.

Natures Best are quality supps, but more expensive.
