on protein

been reading up and seen a few things about havin to much protein.

are we talkin an insane amount here?

Tough question to answer really....

Each person is different in genetic make, lifestyles, training styles...

Usually with excesive protein it is something that happens over a period of time not something that`ll show up straight away...

At its most extreme it can mean not eating protein foods for a considerable amount of time...

Well lets just say *most* people would grow quite well on less than 200gms aday....

I`ve even grown on 100 grms aday ;-)

i aim for no less than 100, normally about 150, sometimes 200 but dont generally go over that.
