Pineapple is good for digestion so get some down ya ;-)

Give it a week or 2 as you are then we can add some supplements in when your comfortable with your eating etc..

really changes the tase of it . I cant stand the stuff on its own but with pineapple its actually edible!
That said I still only eat the stuff with sugar free jelly (or is that Jell-o in the US?).

Try adding raisins. They make me fart like a rabbit, but I like them.
