An OK desert??

Hello. Had some Angle Delight - No added sugar version the other night. decided to add soem protein powder last night, wasn't as nice but it was OK. If your struggeling to ket your protein in and you like your deserts then its not a bad way to add some protein.

Add some double cream aswell ;-)

I`ve done this many times with protein powder and cream, leave in fridge for 2-3 hrs and its great.
appearance is a consequence of fitness
it's better to die on your feet than live on your knees
