lol

i have an idear what ill do, ill just not be able to have alot of protein. but im looking to loose fat right now so im thinking that little amounts fairly often should be ok.

Ill go for cot cheese and fruit and yogut or a slice of white bread with peanut butter + a glass of skim milk for breakfast or a small protein shake

Lunchs - Cot cheese salad or low fat fetta salad, maybe the odd tuna salad. a cheese/chicken/tuna sandwich from time to time. with the odd boiled egg thrown in here and thereto keep the matabolism going, and nuts.

dinners can be a little chicken with small amount of pasta or veg, grilled fetta salad/warm salad. - Lots of Cherry juice.
