I just read again about the benefits of apple cider vinegar as a fat burner as well as a detoxifier. The article mentioned adding a little honey to tone down the taste for those who had difficulty getting used to it.
The article I read suggested 2-3 tsp in 8 ounces of cold water a few times a day to encourage fat burning. It also had several other uses for headaches, hayfever, urinary tract infections, and the like.
Anyone here have any thoughts??
