LMFAO! works out at 108 cals burned per 20 minutes 'action'! I could easily squeeze in 5 or 6 per day without breaking a sweat. sounds like my kind of cardio. better than this running caper :lol:

Yep, used it and had good results, and just started back on it today. Basically eating low carb but the foods are based on what is beneficial to my blood group. OSC regarding the book, is that why I cannot find it ???????

No scientific evidence supports the theory behind this diet. The idea came from some in vitro (out of context, not looked for) results in a 10 year cancer patient study.

It's from the same school of research in the 80s as CHOL is bad etc etc etc

I wish I was 20years older - I could have cleaned up in the 80s I reckon... :lol:

reading through the book was as far as I took it. far too complicated for me.

My younger sister-in-law follows this book religiously when she was younger she was always very sickly constantly throwing up having IBS and many other problems. A number of doctors could not figure out what was wrong with her. Finally my mother-in-law took her to a nutritionist and he put her on this diet after that things were miraculously better she wasnt sick anymore she put on healthy weight and looks very healthy to this day thin and muscular with zero problems. I think the book is too complicated myself but my wifes family swears by it. My wife always tries getting me on it but I always have to stop her and say nope it's not worth my time. I do think it works though.
