that would be my take on diets as well but it hasnt always worked out like that so Im not so sure now. Im wondering if that approach will only take you so far. unless of course you dont care about keeping muscle etc Im sure 'starvation' would do the trick! but Ive gradually lowered the amount of food Ive eaten from week to week and not dropped weight.
Im the same weight after 2 weeks at 1700 cals as I was after 2 weeks at 1400 cals. unless there is some sort of variable in there that is effecting it, I dunno.
