I was wandering if anyone could help me out with a good diet...I mean I eat good meals...don't really ever eat anything fast-food wise
about 90% of the meals I eat are well balanced...

I was thinking...I've been lifting, running, burpees...all that..but I can't look good without loosing some kgs...I am 176cm tall about 87Kg

Just seeing if anyone can help...

Pretty typical day...usually don't even eat breakfast, but if I do it's oatmeal or toast...

Meal 1...chicken sandwich/milk/juice/yogurt (school lunch)

Meal 2....try make a balanced dinner...mainly deer meat and veggies

lift/excerise

Meal 4...Protein shake, fruit, and nuts

end.

Breakfast is a MUST and I think you need another meal after training...

Look at eating as many different types of foods each day, none of this bull you see on bbing forums of eating the same thing at the same time day after day week after week.. Its a load of bollocks, all it`ll do is leave you deficient in vits/mins etc and reliant on supplements to make up those deficencies.....

Directly after training you can either have a shake or a solid meal, the choice is yours.. Me I grew on either so have no preference....

Look at your diet as *variety variety variety*

If you feel the need add in a shake as your overall calories still look on the low side...

A small amount provides good fats that your body needs. Not like half a stick or anything, but a serving size is good. And definately better than margarine!
