Supps. what and how much

got myself apple pectin, some Fish oil tablets some garlic, going to get kelp, and liver tabs too. oh, and i have chromium.

I know how many of the pectin and fish oils to take but what about kelp and liver tabs and chromium?

need to get a good multi vit too.

they sell liver tabs on zipvit mate? also how are they for delivery? quick? efficient?

The fish oil tabs on there just say omega 3. are they as good as H&B? i thought H&B was omega 3,6 & 9?
