I put udo oil on a salad once as it said in the side that it was a great tasting dressing, the whole way through my face looked like  but as a student at the time I refused to throw away food!

Did you buy pre mixed in the end or did you mix your own?

I have spent ages on MP web site designing my own powder and every time i have got fed up and just closed it down without buying lol

They do whole egg powder, milk protein, etc surely a mixx of those would be good as a morning shake/ MRP and not too shabby for pre/post work out? Isolate my be the best for P/W but can it REALLY be that much better than a milk and egg powder? or milk/egg/whey mix?

I ask as I think Whey in water with carbs is not so good for my gout. I readon on forums about a guy that suffered with gout and it seemed that if he had a proteinshake BAM gout struck the same day/next day! So im looking for slower digesting powder that would also be good as MRP
