protein powders

looking on myprotein, need to get some more as running out, but wats the one to go for
isolate? there is so many lol.
just after some for morning intake

if its just for the morning and from myprotein then the isolate would be fine but personally I'd be adding in something to slow it down. either some oats or some udos oil.

cool. you'll be ok with just the whey pre-training. fine on its own at this time.
thats someting I was doing for a while after advice from a pro natural bodybuilder.

well I buy the blends. like garnellor phd. they tend to have both isolate and concentrate. dont know if myprotein has a similar range.

depends on your budget. the isolate will be 'better' and more expensive. If I were buying from myprotein I'd get the more economical concentrate and save my money for proper food.

need some creatine, normally get that from my protein

and thats it apart from multi vits but got loads left lol

yeah. I used their choc and the vanilla both were good. far better tasting than reflex, designer and cnp whey, if you ask me.
