Hi guys, I currently am taking creatine ethyl ester HCL pre work out, post work out a whey protein blend (both concentrate and isolate blended) and every morning omega 3-6-9 and Conjugated linoeic acid (cla) and vitamin pills

I eat reasonably healthy 3 x's daily

I work out 20 min run + full body work out with weights 3 x per week

I am looking to lose weight and gain muscle.

I drink lots of water through out the day (mailnly all i drink)

are these the correct supplements?

I would switch creatine to post workout with your shake and some honey for carbs.. let the creatine be used for recovery..

I like fish oils for my omega 3`s

Multi vits try not to use evry single day but say 3 times per week and look to your food to supply the majority of your vits/mins

Well, pre workout will give you extra muscle 'fuel' but it has to build up in the muscles. You tend to piss out the supplement too quick for that to happen. OSC knows that for 30-45 minutes after a hard workout your muscles, being glycogen deprived, are primed for recovery. This is the perfect window for higher carb ratio (3 to 1 or even 4 to 1) and a perfect time for your muscle-builders...creatine, protein, glutamine, etc. Remember that the directions on the canister (i.e. loading phase) might be designed to make you go through the product more quickly ;-)

Use on training days only and see what results you get from that, as you can always add them to other days later if need be..
