does it make a large diffrence having creatine after weight lifting? im currently have it before? will it take away any strength? also any diff in powder and tabs, powder is doing y head in so thinking buying some tabs as be alot easier.

and then others like glutamine same as above really

You need it for recovery, and use in protein drink with some honey for your carbs

creatine powder all the way, creatine mono - dont waste your money on anything else.

can load if yuo want, by that i mean 5 g twice a day first day, 5g a day fro a few days then just after training, once the stores are full the rest makes expensive toilet water.
