I think I usedthis article. made my head hurt after I was through. As does most articles on t-nation. if it wasnt for the pics of half naked hot fitness girls I'd probably never visit....... unless there was pictures of half naked chad waterburies.... obviously ;-)

Might be worthwhile adding some intense cardio 2-3 times per week to aid in some fatloss..

I could maybe stomach some intense sprinting or the like a la Tabata. Band sprints/Tyre drags. Is that the sort of thing? Nothing that requires Lycra! :evil:
