I was going to suggest trying 4OD and streaming episodes, but I think you have to live in the UK to do that (according to their website). You mat be able to watch clips and get a flavour of it.


yeh, thought about that but need a uk IP to view..........we do have sky, but C4 disappears after about 4pm

I was reading something in the paper last week about a study that was done on chewing your food. Anyway long story short the volunteers who chewed their food 40 times ate 12 percent less than those that chewed just 15 times.

The study was done in China & it showed that obese patients chewed their food much less & ingested more food much quicker.

This got me thinking about this thread from a few years back about a diet called "Fletcherism" which was around about a hundred or so years ago.

Nothing new under the sun then ;-)
