phd is very good. Ive been using them for a while. decent company. Ive used their vanila and choc, no complaints here.

Ok guys if you want your creatine and protein etc... I'd seriously recommend Sci-mentor's Twister, basically exactly the same product as Maximuscles overpriced Cyclone, same values and amounts of HMB etc... but a lot cheaper and tastes a lot better!!

Oh and I've found an awesome website which gives you buy one get one free on every tub, and free delivery!!!

I love the stuff, i take one and a half scoops before and after, it's helped me shed the fat, boosts recovery time, and I actually like the taste, lol.
