ideas for getting healthier foods down their neck
Im totally pissed off with the current state of my wee lads diet. things like supper (or as I would call it: meal 6!) and packed lunches are a particular problem.

any ideas? Ive been round tescos and most of the so called healthy stuff are nothing but piles of shite.
Im not a religous person in the slightest................ but Kelloggs ARE the anti-christ !

yeah the wraps may have some mileage.

not so much the chips, I dont give him those very often but food for taking to school is a bitch. trying to basically replace the crisps and chocolate. I got him these fruit bar things (to replace the 'finger of fudge') and the wee fucker binned them ;-)
