brain food

Postby lil john » Mon Jun 02, 2008 3:43 pm

you hear about food making you sluggish or food making you slow.

so whats behind it, what is it in that food that makes you sluggish, and what foods are they, and what foods making your brain active and quick and whats in them?

You will usually find that if you are sluggish after eating then you`ve eaten way way too much (gorged) or your insulin levels are going crazy and blood sugar swings are making you vbery sleep due to over eating..

I always carry around the biggest water bottle I can find around with me all day. As long as I finish it I know I have drank at least a gallon of water which good for me and my skin. If you are working out I suggest drinking even more like 1.5-2.0 gallons.
