Do OTC GDA's work?

Was the Glucose driven into the muscle tissue rather than the adipose tissue?

How were your insulin levels/blood sugar levels while on GDAs?

If you were on a high carb diet did you manage to stay lean?

Were there any downsides/side effects?

etc etc etc

You know... experiences...

I liked it

Was the Glucose driven into the muscle tissue rather than the adipose tissue?

I got big pumps

How were your insulin levels/blood sugar levels while on GDAs?

We didn`t check those

If you were on a high carb diet did you manage to stay lean?

We all did high carb diets

Were there any downsides/side effects?

Stomach ache which was dose dependant

etc etc etc

You know... experiences...

Got loads of those ;-)

Ok,

I started using it when it first hit the scene after some stuff by duchaine in the very early 90`s.

I used tropicanas brand at twice the recomended dose (yeah typical musclehead responce...lol) and got BIG pumps off the product, but remember I was after size not cuts..

Started getting gut rot so dropped dose down to what I should have been on which I think was 4 tabs per day, you were also told to cycle it at 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.

No with the cycling issue I decided in my infinite wisdom  to only use the product post cycle to help *maintain* strength/size losses to a bare minimum (for those not familiar or new to the site, yeah I was a silly stupid roidhead back in my younger days.... ) and be able to keep pushing the limits whilst *off*....

And it helped tremendously...imho....

We all followed high carb low fat diets back then so the high carbs will keep muscle glycogen levels very high.

Fat wise, at the back end of my *intense* training life I would just bulk anyway to try and keep adding any form of mass I could, I was hitting some major plateaus so every ounce counted at that point

It was one of the very very few products I can trully say WORKED for me, liver, metobolic optimizer, being two others I used to like..Anyway I never failed to get pumps and that fullness feeling after a workout and when the muscles were full of carbs/water when on the stuff..

You thinking of using this stuff?

Why?

What brands?

I have a tub of something similar (vanadyl & some other stuff) which is pretty potent that you can have..........................................

If you ask nicely

Yes

Why?

I've been struggling with my diet and training recently, and fancy a switch from keto to carbs + cardio. I've noticed that I was struggling on keto when under stress, which I think may be due to the time taken to metabolise the energy from the fats. Not 100% sure. Either way I'd rather the carbs went into the muscle than my adipose tissue. Plus I have have a short attention span and fancy trying out new stuff

What brands?

I was just going to source from H&B

I have a tub of something similar (vanadyl & some other stuff) which is pretty potent that you can have..........................................

Aha interesting
