It is responsible for every gain I have ever made in the past 5 years.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.
I would gladly pay twice the price for have the amount.
I got ripped on it, going down to 4% BF at one point.
I made huge gains in strength and size.
My IQ increased by 15 points.
Even my cars top speed went up by 10mph with just a tsp of Hot Rox in the tank.
Sadly it left me befuddled and delusional.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I rememeber seeing a programme a few years ago on advertising. One ad was for a drink of some kind, probably a spirit, and the shape of the ice cubes in the glass spelt "sex". It was subtle but apparently worked.

anyhoo, Im not actually buying hot rox coz the nice lady told me but I am getting a bit hacked off with this... under eating, over eating, maintanence eating ect. I seem to be able to to do every sort of eating except the one that lets me drop this last 10 fookin lbs.
ages ago I used powerbecks 'citrimax' for a month and it seemed to help. I was gonna get that again but seeing as they've knocked a few quid off hot rox I thought Id try it.

Ive done weeks with cardio and weeks without, Ive done solid state running, hill sprints,circuits and so on. maybe if I thow in a supplement it might give me a boost. worth a shot I reckon.
