but i am skint. Any way, not used suppliments in ages. not even protein powder. Just found some milk protein i got from MP ages ago, using that up now, but its not nice.
There are a few supps i think are well worth it if you have the money, but first you have to be training regular, eating right, sleeping right.......and with my situation at the moment, thats not happening so no point wasting money I don't really have........................ saying that, I alway take Fish oils, but they are a staple
