H&B, so cheap in the sale. I normally pop 2 or 3 with breakfast and dinner. I also pop one if i decide to have a sugar in my tea, and sometimes ill pop a couple if i eat something high in sugar when i'm at home. I don't have any at work but if and when I do again i'll take a couple with lunch. I alway assume H&B stuff is under doesed or slightly damaged (heat/light) so I take a few...

I think you should take at least 3x1000mg per day. spread over 3 meals.
Also evening primrose tabs 2500mg per day. If you can afford it, go with Natures best. Quality products, and garuntee strength/dose's of their supps.

yep, H&B is what Im using. I'd like to try biotests but £40.00 for 90 capsules :shock: that just aint gonna happen.

Ive been using 1200g x 6 per day although I cant quite remember where I got that doseage from. I think I just took the recommended amount and doubled it coz Im dead hard or maybe I read something about it somewhere :roll:

H&B cant be that bad though...... surely ;-)

Rob Chefx used to advocate 3 to 12 per day, I have read various articles stating different amounts. Dave Palumbo Recomends 1000mg x 3 per day, but the most important thing is that you get some i think. No need to chuck bucket falls down your throat, but a constant supply seems to be the way to go.

Poliquin suggests 30-40grms per day.

Think TH&S had a go with mega doses to see what would happen.

Well if Charles says so.....end of discussion, he is GOD! lol

I suppose you could see improved functions and health benifits, but who can be bothered to continually pop that many pills? and the cost? when 3 x 1000mg has been proven to be benifitial? also,. don't forget that you will also need to suppliment omega 6 if your taking that many Omega 3 pills..

More energy, less joint dryness. No weight gain though. No idea where Poliquin gets that from.

Going back on the Mega Doses again :grin:

Were you taking on board adiquet protein? how many carbs were you consuming?
