Raw Eggs

Usually I would say raw is best but here in the united states its harder to deside because of all the things they do to the food here.

I usually boil them and I have had a hard time desiding while eating them raw or not here. Im thinking about going to a farmers market and geting some there. I haven't desided yet.

Just to throw in a point for the sake of arguement...

...if animals in nature eat them raw and are sustained...

...are raw eggs really that bad?!?!?

i dont think the eggs themselves are bad, its personal tolerance. some people have avoided all bacteria, good and bad, all their lives causing problems when they come into contact with a larger dose. there is also the issue of digestion of protein. people who are raised on a raw food diet can have digestion problems when eating cooked food. this link has a clip and short description of the episode of wife swap.
