The Warrior Diet & SPARTAN Health Regime

hello.

I have heard about this Warrior Diet. Did somebody use this diet? And how it works for LONG Term dieting?

And second... Did somebody try SHR (Spartan Health Regime)? And what kind of results have been? And third... I want to buy this SHR GOLD Digital package but i Cant and Dont want buy trough PayPal Because my account was LOCKED with 400 euros! So if somebody have GOLD DIGITAL PACKAGE i wish that somebody could sell it to me or send me to my email for free if somebody is so generous.

Hi,

Both diets run along the theme of natural foods & healthy exercise programs.

Main difference is that with te warrior diet you mainly only eat once per day & you eat as much as you feel you can but eat foods in a certain order due to digestion times.

If you want the SHR why not email Bova directly and tell him that you can`t use paypal & see if you can buy it direct from him another way?

I always suggest buying the materials & that way you always have it on hand to refer to if need be :grin:

Hmmm sounds crap to me and not somethign you will stick to for very long = pointless. But , IF you are looking to experiment, try it and post up results :grin:

Warrior diet is easy to buy from amazon or directkly from the author.

With regards to the SHR any chance you could get somebody else to pay for it for you through paypal & then you pay them back?

For Warrior Diet is Not Problem. But for SHR.
I cant use Paypal beacuse my Account was locked and BTW i j+have deleted it today so i will never use this stupid American PayPal again! :evil:

Thats why i ask if somebody could sell it to me...
