as my quest to get some stuff for eating at work. if i cant find out ill experiment and make myself. as ish half decent at cooking. well, not killed anyone yet.
what sort of amounts of protein, carbs, fat etc be looking for in each bar. what would be your perfect one. for power building. although im not one for 1.895688987459g per bodyweight or you'll die approach, im not to sure on general amounts. i would estimate protein to be around the 20g mark? carbs i dont know however.
also i think ive found the meat loaf i was on about on maurende muscle, but going to investigate lol. and poss improve the recipe haha
