Noticed you were guys said you get Omega 3 fish oils, not Omega 3-6-9. Is there something wrong with the Omega 3-6-9?

I started taking that after a discussion with our resident Chinese medicine doctor, but I'd like to hear your take on it. :-k

just about to order them from myprotein and noticed the 1000mg ones were down as '2 per serving'. So I ordered from zipvit instead, they also have 360 of them for £8.99....... that'll do nicely.

Yeah 1 capsule = 1gram

BUT why 15grms why not just 5?

What is your reasoning behind such a large dose?

I cant remember where offhand but there was an article (I think on tnation) about large doseages and then I was reading some posts from th&s where he talks about doseages in this region. Thought I might try it out.
