Postby lil john » Wed Jan 21, 2009 4:00 pm

was looking for some fish oils when i order my protein from myprotein. (cheap lol)
was looking under the fish oils section

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/capsules-tab ... fish-oils/

now is it that fish oils arnt called nice and simply fish oils? or is it a mix of stuff needed? if its just me not seeing them, then ill prob pop along to holland and barrett as scott said. though i have heard H&B to not be the best, or is it that just the protein powder?

cheers

I get mine from zipvit order extra strength ones as work out cheaper long run.

Fish oils are made from the skin of the fish which is compressed to extract the oil.

Put in fridge as this helps keep fishy burps at bay

I use holland and barrett for about a year now, not had any bad after taste from them.

Only use coz i have a friend who works there, so with discount and when they have deal on it works out so cheap, and i buy loads in case she gets the sack

the omega 3s from myprotein would be the equivilent to the fish oils me and cookie buy, not the 3-6-9s.

however after looking at the myprotein ones and the link cookie posted then I would give the H&B ones a big bodyswerve. Much better value from either zipvit or myprotein. both are more 'potent' than H&B and cheaper.
Thank fuck I havent had the time to get in and buy some news ones coz Im getting them from myprotein
