im thinking of getting some help from supplements but unsure whats gonna be best without breaking the bank. looking to improve size strength weight gain, the usual Maybe somthing which could be used post training also

from your experience what works and what doesnt and what is going to be value for money if i was to choose one supplement?

creatine, but when i took it , it did depend on which type, also make sure fluid intake is high

I'll have to go against the flow unfortunatley..... creatine has never done anything for me :neutral: tried it a few times with different diets but never noticed a real diff. My supplement of choice would be a protein powder.
might not be as fancy as some supps but will always be in my diet and usually the only supplement I'll use.

i did say i have found some to work and some not to,....... did you try one type only, and if so how much and when

yeah, Ive also read that some people seems to respond to it and some dont. Ive tried just about every way of taking it. loading, not loading, in coffee, in juice, in water ect. Ive used CNPs, ministry of whey's (that was a wee while ago!) more recently I used PHD's and followed the guidelines on the tub........ didnt notice a difference at all. I think the last time was 10g daily for 7 days then 10g every other day.

Like creatine but it doesn`t like me.

Nowadays I tend to get strains & niggles everytime I use it.
