Natural Weight Gainer

i have a mate who needs to find a natural weight gainer, as the normal stuff can interfer with his medication. so very natural stuff needed but not sure where to look for him.

anyone know any?

also he cant eat much due to illness.

im thinking of getting him to do some oats, shakes, fruits, cream etc.

he drops weight easy due to illness and needs it boosting up a bit

what sort of medication.........without interfering too much

are there any intolerances........normally and due to Med's

Shakes are ideal.

Whole milk
Whipping Cream
Raw eggs
Peanut Butter
Bananas/Frozen berries(they're "fresher" & cheaper)
etc etc
Look up "protein shakes" on the net for recipes

Leave out ingredients that he interfere with his medication.
Personally I'd forget the weight gainer products and get him to spend his money on real food.

not sure on his emdicatopns. i knwo he has a very severe bowl problem and one fo the drugs hes on is a lukemia(sp) drug not sure what else.

yeah think the shakes be best. like i say he struggles to eat so proper food down him aint always going to happen and until his op can go without food all day.
