Im looking not to be big like the esteroids guy, but i like to have strong muscles. I dont take suplements since don know much about it. Does this one do any good? Im trying to find proteins in the sport places but all i can find is creatine and aminoacids and that stuff.

theres no danger of you getting as big as the steroids guys without steroids so no need to worry about that.
increasing your protein in general will help creating the right environment for building muscle. I dont know of any natural bodybuilders who dont take at least a protein supplement. You wont need massive amounts of protein but 1gram per pound of bodyweight isnt a bad starting point.

Its a religious thing.... (except the V!)
V = vegetarian
H = Halal
K = Kosher

Ive never tried this particular company so yeah, Im looking for opinions on them myself.
The stuff I tend to use is the likes of PHD Supplements which are really good and Garnell whey. Its just a lot of those protein have shot up in price lately so I thought I'd look at myprotein who seem to be decent value.
