Goose eggs

I was in my local butchers today grabbing my usual tray of eggs, chicken and steak mince when the butcher was showing off the size of these goose eggs to me. He said i should try them, less white and more yolks to them.

Never tried them before, whats your thoughts on them???????????

Give them a try! I like duck eggs. We used to have a neighboiur that had chickens and sold their eggs. Competely different from the barn raised one you buy in store. Very tasty.

too rich tasting for me...............dont even like free range eggs


what ever happened to those good old white eggs we used to get (the yanks still do)

Not sure if i actually taste the eggs i eat, i usually bang loads of encona hot pepper sauce on them and need a bit of yoghurt afterwards to help settle my belly Lost count of the amount of times i've ate eggs before bed then woke myself up during the night with really smelly farts
