A couple of things to think about

an alkaline body seems to promote muscle building, and fibre is your friend when dieting so make sure you get lots of High fibre Veg!

Some studies have shown that by adding just 3 apples per day before meals can help with fat loss.

Insulin needs to be kept in check and therefore sugary carbs. EFA - fish oils have been proven to increase insulin sensitivity.

3g of Vit C have been shown to help fight fat

Garlic is heart healthy and is said to promote fat (brown adipose tissue) burning.

Shorter rest periods whilst liting weights can increase GH output and help burn fat

25g + of protein per meal ramps up metobolism significantly. (Dr Scott conoly)

25g of whey in water before morning cardio helps to burn more fat than Fasted morning cardio (Dr Scot conoly) - This one will shake up most peoples thoughts on fat burning cardio.......

A few things ill be incorporating soon and thought they may help. - please excuse spelling mistakes lol
