Why are you thinking of doing this?

because im sure it helped me with fat loss a wile ago and im hoping by dropping my carbs right down it will eventually stop me craving the sugary type carbs that i dont need i know my body will be screaming for them but im thinking that if i slowley introduce healthy carbs i can adapt to them and my body will use them for fuel instead of me having constant sugary carb cravings and ending up eating crap then wishing i hadnt
or maybe that wont work im not sure ?

ive got a workout started just need a good diet so i can start seeing results

How about we start with making sure you are training consistantly & eating basic clean good quality foods with a nice dose of cardio done each week before we tweak the diet for advanced fatloss?

I would suggest following each workout you manage each week doing either tabatas or intervals.

Tabatas: rowing or burchins (burpee to chin up)

Intervals: sprints or rowing

Diet: keep it well rounded with all the food groups (minus your choccy fixes..lol) plenty of fresh veggies & some fruit & get back to eating clean foods again with the odd treat.

Once your fit and have established good eating patterns then we can be more specific
