Anybody used this product?

Bought some of these salts.

Nice pink colour, quite large solid crystals & very very salty in flavour, much stronger than regular & sea salt which I normally use.

Will do a bit more reasearch & see what is recommended using wise to get maximum from them.

Nah not bath salts you wally, thats usually dead sea salts :lol:

Yes you eat them either straight from the bag (very small amounts) or as seasoning to your food which you would just put them in a salt grinder and add that way.

I did see something about adding the salt to water to make a drink but will need to read that again to get the doses right

I dont add any salt into any food :???: I used to add a pinch into my porrige but recently Ive been chucking in mixed spice and a little bit of apple instead. What foods would contain the kinds of salt needed?
