its another of those post theory, theories
if you eat normally you get your nutrients at those times
anyone trying to fool the body by taking such and such after or pre workout is not doing them selves any real good
but after a hard day working or doing workout, your body craves certain nutrients, those IMO should be taken
its not really rocket science
if you listen to the body it tells you what you need............most of the time
and then theres the major cravings we get bought about by prcessed eating etc..........
julie has stopped drinking diet or fizzy drinks.....so effectively possibly more sugar....but she has lost weight, doesnt crave he bits from coke.....even saying it doesnt taste nice now
