:meh:

knee feels fine although still noisy. although the noise has reduced a bit.
I ran out of the tumeric a while back and just kept the glucosomine in. I feel that Im recovering a bit faster from judo though, dont know if thats the glucosomine helping or not but its very noticable.

Turmeric arrived this morning, will start on that tomorrow & see how the 3 all go together over next training cycle.

Have noticed that having a large coffee 3 times per week seems to bring on pain in bad knee yet once or twice per week doesn`t, 2-3 cups of green or white tea each day does not do it also :-k

when i tried tumeric, it was with all the other things so couldnt tell if it worked

the bumph sounds ok....but it does for every supp
